Prototypes

With Prototypes towards Series Production

Every series production of a plastic part is preceded by the construction of a prototype. Regardless of whether it is a large or small series. A pre-series (prototype and/or pilot series) ensures flawless series production in the required and desired quality. We support you with our decades of expertise from prototype construction and series production right from the beginning. We are at home in both worlds. One-Offs

Stunning One-Offs made of Plastic

Unique one-off products are often complex and leave no room for deviation because iterations are not provided for. An increased need for clarification is usually accompanied by increased costs in production – due to much lower machine utilization than in a series production.

Our flexible machine and system management allows us to optimize the utilization of our machinery while maintaining maximum flexibility for one-offs and prototypes. In the long term, this leads to maximum output at lower costs. The advantage for you: single pieces can be manufactured quickly and cost-efficiently. Series Production

Series Production for your Plastic Parts

Our state-of-the-art machinery with flexible machine and system management enables scalable production to meet our customers’ specific requirements. From small to large series. Consistent quality and delivery reliability are our trump cards.

In addition to all standard processes, we also explicitly offer injection molding and deep drawing for needs-based small series production. This reduces the costs for small series due to lower tool costs.

Economical batch sizes as well as special and circulating packaging are just as much a part of our supply chain management as customer-oriented warehousing and just-in-time delivery. We do everything we can to ensure that the manufactured components and assemblies are optimally fed into your process chain. Assembly production

Assembly production according to your requirements

Assemblies can also be produced by combining customer-specific plastic products with a wide variety of components. The bond can be created using a mechanical connection or a permanent adhesive connection or a combination of both.

In the mechanical connection, profiles and/or frames are joined together precisely using screw, plug-in or clamp connections. This type of connection can be produced as a detachable connection or as a non-detachable connection using locking technology.

A wide variety of solvent or component adhesives and specially developed adhesive formulations are used for adhesive bonding. These must be specially adapted to the requirements, the use of the assembly and its environment. The adhesive bond is considered a permanent bond.

With these types of connection, our plastic products can be precisely bonded to a wide variety of materials such as stainless steel/steel, non-ferrous metals (e.g. aluminum, brass, copper), wood, glass and other plastics, which we supply as complete assemblies.”
