Our state-of-the-art machinery with flexible machine and system management enables scalable production to meet our customers’ specific requirements. From small to large series. Consistent quality and delivery reliability are our trump cards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to all standard processes, we also explicitly offer injection molding and deep drawing for needs-based small series production. This reduces the costs for small series due to lower tool costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Assembly production<\/em><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Assembly production according to your requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Assemblies can also be produced by combining customer-specific plastic products with a wide variety of components. The bond can be created using a mechanical connection or a permanent adhesive connection or a combination of both.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the mechanical connection, profiles and\/or frames are joined together precisely using screw, plug-in or clamp connections. This type of connection can be produced as a detachable connection or as a non-detachable connection using locking technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A wide variety of solvent or component adhesives and specially developed adhesive formulations are used for adhesive bonding. These must be specially adapted to the requirements, the use of the assembly and its environment. The adhesive bond is considered a permanent bond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With these types of connection, our plastic products can be precisely bonded to a wide variety of materials such as stainless steel\/steel, non-ferrous metals (e.g. aluminum, brass, copper), wood, glass and other plastics, which we supply as complete assemblies.”<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
